About True North Yoga
True North Yoga is a private, mobile wellness business that brings mind-body wellness to you. Relax body tension and tightness
Create mind-body connection
Build capacity for regulation and rest
Support the body’s innate ability to heal
This work is supportive, trauma‑informed, and designed to complement other wellness and healing therapies.
For therapists & healthcare providers
I collaborate with therapists, clinics, and healthcare organizations to offer:
Experiential nervous system education
Staff support and burnout prevention
Patient‑centered mind‑body programs
Referral‑based complementary care
All offerings are grounded in respect for scope of practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
